Faith Formation

WELCOME

The Faith Formation Office supports the religious education and sacramental preparation needs of all our parishioners.

Faith Formation has begun!

Do I really need to fill out a new form? I was in last year’s program.
Yes – even if your information hasn’t changed from last year, the Archdiocese of Seattle requires us to have current emergency medical release information on file.

Fill out our First Penance and First Communion 2020-2021 Registration Form
Students must be baptized.
Students must be at least 7 years old on May 2, 2021 (First Communion Sunday). Normally, students are in 2nd grade and turning 8 years old.

If your older student needs First Communion, fill out the form – they may not necessarily join the 2nd grade class, depending on their age.
