Forming Consciences for Faithful Catholics

The U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops document Forming Consciences for Faithful Citizenship is the only approved Catholic voting guide. While other entities may offer such guides, Faithful Citizenship recognizes that how each of us votes is a matter of faith formation and individual conscience. As a church, we can help parishioners guide their conscience formation but cannot and should not tell parishioners for whom to vote.
